Dashboard
The first screen should answer: how many vehicles exist, where they are operationally, what is expiring, what needs service and which contracts need attention. Every metric is a drill-down filter, not a dead statistic.
Vehicle Asset Record
Identity
Make, model, year, chassis/VIN, number plate, color and asset ID.
Acquisition & value
Purchase date/cost, catalogue value, insured value, market value and book-value fields.
Lease
Current contract, customer, driver, start/end date, monthly value and remaining term.
History
Compliance, documents, maintenance, mileage and the filtered ledger timeline.
Compliance
Insurance, keuringskaart, road-tax and driver-licence records have expiry dates, source documents and reminder status. Under 20 days without an updated driver licence escalates to the leasing company.
Document capture
Beta 0.1 models the complete UX: upload/photo → identify document → extract fields → match vehicle/customer → show confirmation → save. OCR is simulated in the prototype; human confirmation is mandatory before records change.
Ledger
The Ledger is the company-wide chronological audit stream. It can be filtered by vehicle, customer, driver, event type, user and date. Each vehicle card reuses the same event model in its own history tab.

Dashboard
Het eerste scherm beantwoordt hoeveel voertuigen er zijn, waar ze operationeel staan, wat afloopt, wat service nodig heeft en welke contracten aandacht vragen. Elke metric opent een gefilterde lijst.
Voertuig Asset Record
Identiteit
Merk, model, bouwjaar, chassis/VIN, nummerplaat, kleur en asset-ID.
Aankoop & waarde
Aankoopdatum/-prijs, cataloguswaarde, verzekerde waarde, marktwaarde en boekwaardevelden.
Lease
Huidig contract, klant, bestuurder, begin/einddatum, maandbedrag en resterende termijn.
Historie
Compliance, documenten, onderhoud, kilometerstand en de gefilterde ledgertijdlijn.
Compliance
Verzekering, keuringskaart, motorrijtuigenbelasting en rijbewijsgegevens hebben vervaldatums, brondocumenten en reminderstatus. Bij minder dan 20 dagen zonder nieuw rijbewijs volgt escalatie naar de leasemaatschappij.
Document capture
Beta 0.1 modelleert de volledige UX: upload/foto → document herkennen → velden uitlezen → voertuig/klant koppelen → bevestiging tonen → opslaan. OCR is gesimuleerd; menselijke bevestiging blijft verplicht.
Ledger
De Ledger is de chronologische auditstroom voor het hele bedrijf en kan worden gefilterd op voertuig, klant, bestuurder, gebeurtenistype, gebruiker en datum.
