Beta 0.1 — Fleet Core
Screen map, vehicle records, status model, compliance, basic lifecycle, contracts, customers/drivers, documents, Ledger, reports and import/export concepts.
Beta 0.2 — Live workflow
Production authentication, tenant model, real vehicle/customer/contract records, compliance reminders, selected imports, and the first live operating workflows identified with the prospect.
Phase 2 — Financial lifecycle
Commercial and fiscal monthly depreciation, journal export, asset disposals, gains/losses, deeper vehicle profitability and year-end fleet positions.
Phase 2 — Customer portal
Customer login, leased vehicles, contract summary, authorized drivers, licence expiry, document upload and notifications.
Later — Enterprise fleet
Telematics/GPS, automated odometer feeds, workshop/work orders, parts inventory, fuel, external APIs, registry integrations and advanced valuation/analytics.
Beta 0.1 — Fleet Core
Schermstructuur, voertuigdossiers, statusmodel, compliance, basis-lifecycle, contracten, klanten/bestuurders, documenten, Ledger, rapporten en import/exportconcepten.
Beta 0.2 — Live workflow
Productie-authenticatie, tenantmodel, echte voertuig/klant/contractrecords, complianceherinneringen, geselecteerde imports en de eerste live workflows die met de prospect worden bevestigd.
Fase 2 — Financiële lifecycle
Commerciële en fiscale maandafschrijving, journaalexport, afvoer/verkoop, winsten/verliezen, diepere voertuigprofitabiliteit en jaarafsluitingsposities.
Fase 2 — Klantportaal
Klantlogin, geleasede voertuigen, contractsamenvatting, bevoegde bestuurders, rijbewijsverval, documentupload en notificaties.
Later — Enterprise fleet
Telematica/GPS, automatische kilometerstanden, werkplaats/werkorders, onderdelen, brandstof, externe API's, registerintegraties en geavanceerde waardering/analytics.
