Beta 0.1 principles
One permanent vehicle record
A vehicle is never recreated when its operational status changes. Its full history stays attached to one asset identity.
Events, not overwritten history
Status, compliance, maintenance, contracts and documents create dated events so past fleet positions can later be reconstructed.
Lease company first
The first product model is optimized for a Curaçao lessor with 220+ vehicles, while remaining scalable from one vehicle to 10,000+.
Mobile operational access
Fleet staff should be able to work from phone, tablet or desktop without requiring a separate mobile application.

English (ENU) is the default product language. Dutch (NLD) is available throughout the Beta screen map, documentation and testing guide. The selected language is remembered locally in the browser.
Reserved Phase 2 boundary
Depreciation is deliberately visible in the navigation so the product model anticipates both commercial and fiscal monthly depreciation, but Beta 0.1 does not calculate or post depreciation. The acquisition record already preserves the data needed for that later module.

Eén permanent voertuigdossier
Een voertuig wordt niet opnieuw aangemaakt wanneer de operationele status wijzigt. De volledige historie blijft gekoppeld aan één asset-ID.
Gebeurtenissen, geen overschreven historie
Status, compliance, onderhoud, contracten en documenten creëren gedateerde gebeurtenissen zodat historische vlootposities later kunnen worden gereconstrueerd.
Eerst de leasemaatschappij
Het eerste productmodel is afgestemd op een Curaçaose lessor met 220+ voertuigen en blijft schaalbaar van één voertuig tot 10.000+.
Mobiel operationeel gebruik
Vlootmedewerkers moeten vanaf telefoon, tablet of desktop kunnen werken zonder aparte mobiele app.

Engels (ENU) is de standaard producttaal. Nederlands (NLD) is beschikbaar in de Beta-schermstructuur, documentatie en testhandleiding. De gekozen taal wordt lokaal in de browser onthouden.
Gereseveerde grens voor Fase 2
Afschrijving blijft bewust zichtbaar in de navigatie zodat het productmodel rekening houdt met zowel commerciële als fiscale maandelijkse afschrijving. Beta 0.1 berekent of boekt echter nog geen afschrijving.
